Introducing OPNow
Before anything else, we'd like to make one thing clear.
OPNow is not an update to KFirst.
KFirst will continue to be developed and supported as our engineering productivity platform for civil engineers and construction professionals.
OPNow is a completely separate product from First Bridge Studios.
It is being developed as a high-performance operations and workflow management platform, built to simplify everyday operational workflows and help teams work more efficiently.
Although OPNow begins with a focused deployment, our long-term vision extends well beyond a single use case.
Like KFirst, OPNow is being built around the same principles:

- Simple and Practical Design
- Privacy by Default
- Real-World Problem Solving
- Long-Term Reliability

As a member of the KFirst community, you're receiving this invitation before the public launch.
We're currently running a carefully managed Google Play Closed Testing program, allowing us to work closely with a small group of early users while we continue refining the platform.

How Early Access Works
Because OPNow is distributed through Google's Closed Testing program, access is available by invitation only.
Requesting Early Access is simple:
- Visit the official OPNow Early Access page.
- Complete the short registration form.
- We'll review your request and add your email address to our Google Play Closed Testing list.
- Once approved, you'll receive a private Google Play invitation email that allows you to install OPNow.
This process helps us provide a smoother onboarding experience while maintaining a close feedback loop with our earliest users.
Why We Review Every Early Access Request
Rather than opening the beta to everyone immediately, we've chosen a more personal approach.
By onboarding testers individually, we're able to:
